ANELLO DI SANTA BRIGIDA

We leave the parking area (elevation 80 m) and take the provincial road no. 42, which climbs up to the hamlet of Bellissimi. We turn left, passing through the hamlet of Trincheri, and after about 6 km of continuous ascent, we reach the ridge and the medieval chapel of St. Brigida (elevation 456.5 m). Turning left, we take the scenic downhill road leading to the village of Civezza. After 3.5 km, we encounter the chapel of Madonna delle Grazie and continue straight for a few hundred more meters. After a right turn, near an Enel transformer cabin, we take a secondary road (direction Torrazza). Descending, we turn left at the first junction and later right through an olive grove. Continuing the descent, we reach the ancient hamlet and the road connecting to the valley floor. We follow it down to its junction with the main road to Dolcedo. We turn left to return to the starting point.
