ANELLO DI ROCCHETTA

We start from Dolceacqua, at the junction for Rocchetta Nervina (altitude 70 m). We follow the provincial road to the locality of Lago Bin, where we take the small road to the right toward Frodora, near a memorial chapel (altitude 188 m). Shortly after, at the fork, we keep to the left. We continue uphill for a few kilometers and, upon reaching a ridge hairpin bend (altitude 722 m), we pass it, ignoring the small road that departs from the bend to the south. Continuing on the road called “di Marcora,” we come to the intersection with provincial road no. 69 for Gouta (altitude 565 m). We turn right and descend to the valley floor junction. Again turning right, we head south on provincial road no. 64 for about 8 km, passing through the village of Isolabona and thus returning to the starting point.
