ANELLO DEL S.LORENZO

Near the old railway station of San Lorenzo al Mare, from Via Aurelia (altitude 11.5 m), take the provincial road S.P. no. 45 towards Pietrabruna, which enters the valley of the San Lorenzo stream. After about 5 km, we reach the junction for Torre Paponi, but we continue straight towards Pietrabruna. Just at the entrance of the village (altitude 349 m), at a bend, we turn left onto a small road through the olive groves, which after 3.8 km leads us to the hamlet of Boscomare (altitude 359 m). Continuing uphill along the municipal road of Piano/dei Prati, after another 3.7 km we reach the village of Lingueglietta. We leave the village descending on the provincial road no. 48 towards the sea, and at the junction, we turn right towards Costarainera/Cipressa, on the route of the Milano–Sanremo. Less than 2 km after Cipressa begins a daring and scenic descent, which ends with the junction with Via Aurelia in the locality of Aregai. We turn left and immediately right to reach the cycling path that will take us back to the starting point.
