Partiamo da Bordighera, sulla passeggiata a mare di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria, andando in direzione Ospedaletti.

Giunti alla rotonda di Sant'Ampelio ritorniamo sulla via omonima e, passati sotto la ferrovia, giriamo a destra.

Attraversiamo la via Aurelia, ci dirigiamo a sinistra verso la Fontana delle Sirene e di qui, saliamo a destra e poi di nuovo a destra verso la città vecchia.

Proseguendo in salita, imbocchiamo la panoramica via dei Colli. Salendo, troviamo sulla sinistra una bellissima terrazza panoramica sulla città. E' davvero il caso di fermarsi per gustare il panorama.  Dopo 200 metri giriamo a destra su via degli Inglesi.

La strada ci porta alla frazione di Sasso e poi, attraversando una porzione del comune di Vallebona, arriviamo al Principato di Seborga.

Lasciamo il paese sulla sinistra e seguiamo la strada che prosegue verso l'abitato di Negi e, di qui, facendo attenzione ai bivi (consigliato scaricare il percorso sul cellulare) scendiamo al paese di Vallebona.

Proseguiamo passando la frazione di Borghetto San Nicolò e, continuando su via Pasteur che costeggia il rio Borghetto, giungiamo, dopo una prima rotonda dove andiamo dritti, ad una seconda rotonda sulla via Aurelia.

Giriamo a sinistra verso il centro di Bordighera e, subito dopo, a destra per scendere sotto la ferrovia e risalire sulla passeggiata a mare dove, girando a destra, giungiamo al punto di partenza distante poche centinaia di metri

Let's start from Bordighera, on the promenade in front of the railway station, going in the direction of Ospedaletti.

At the Sant'Ampelio roundabout we return to the street of the same name and, having passed under the railway, we turn right.

We cross the Via Aurelia, we head left towards the Fontana delle Sirene and from here, we go up to the right and then right again towards the old city.

Continuing uphill, we take the panoramic via dei Colli.

Going up, we find on the left a beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the city.

It really is worth stopping to enjoy the view.

After 200 meters we turn right onto via degli Inglesi.

The road takes us to the hamlet of Sasso and then, crossing a portion of the municipality of Vallebona, we arrive at the Principality of Seborga.

We leave the village on the left and follow the road that continues towards the town of Negi and, from here, paying attention to the crossroads (it is advisable to download the itinerary on your mobile phone) we go down to the village of Vallebona.

We continue passing the hamlet of Borghetto San Nicolò and, continuing on via Pasteur which runs alongside the rio Borghetto, we arrive, after a first roundabout where we go straight, at a second roundabout on via Aurelia.

We turn left towards the center of Bordighera and, immediately after, right to go down under the railway and go back up the promenade where, turning right, we reach the starting point a few hundred meters away

Il tracciato borda il crinale ad ovest e da esso si dipartono i percorsi n. 11, 12, 13, e 14, che scendono in direzione E/SE.

Non presenta particolari difficoltà se non in un tratto di c.a 30 m dove bisogna spingere la bicicletta per la forte pendenza e in alcuni singoli passaggi su delle lastre di pietra.

Arrivati a sud sino al M. Carparo è possibile, per il ritorno, utilizzare la discesa che, attraversata la carrabile, si va ad agganciare al percorso N. 20

This path goes along the western ridge.

Trials n. 11, 12,13 and 14 depart from it going down towards direction East/South East.

The path is not particularly difficult except for a 30 metres long section, where it is necessary to push the bike due to the steep slope and except for some passages on stone slabs.

Il nome trae origine dalla presenza di due scivoli naturali su grosse lastre di pietra (si possono aggirare con una facile alternativa).

Proseguendo si incontrano tre drops consecutivi di altezza decrescente e una divertente conclusione con curvette e piccole gobbe. 

Si raggiunge la partenza percorrendo per circa 1,4 km il sentiero n. 10, c he inizia in prossimità della Galleria Brunengo (S.P. n. 61)

The name draws its origin from two natural slides on large stone slabs (avoidable with an easy alternative).

After that there are three consecutive drops of decreasing height and a fun conclusion with little bends and bumps

Without any particular difficulty the trail crosses a beautiful chestnut wood.

You can reach the starting point by walking for about 1.4 km along the path n. 10, which starts near the Brunengo Gallery (S.P. n. 61)

This trail is technical and challenging, with steep and winding streches.

You can reach the starting point after about 4.5 km along the path n. 10, which starts near the Brunengo Gallery (S.P. n. 61) and bike path ends on the municipal road of M. Ortigara

This very technical route features many obstacles and goes down directly towards Coldirodi, allowing the return to the city

After about 5 km along the easy and panoramic path n. 10 (the Crestes), starting the descent from Monte Carparo is really beautiful.

After some technical streches it is connected to the path 14 direction Coldirodi, allowing the return to the city.

With an almost flat development and without particular difficulties, this itinerary heads south under the local road M. Ortigara, with which it finally connects thanks to a short uphill connection.

It is used to reach all the paths going down towards the outskirts of Sanremo. Its continuation is planned until it reaches Curva of Marzocco

Descent through the forest, even if proposed with a single track, includes three independent paths.

It ends with a steep stretch shared with route n. 22 and gets to the viability that allows the connection to the urban area

This trail shows a wide variety of difficulties and hard passages but it’s worth visiting.

It ends with a steep section shared with the trail n. 21 and heads to the viability that allows the connection to the urban area.

It’s fast with some technical passages, but the more you know it the more it becomes fun when speeding up along the path

It features a technical trend and many windings but it offers a beautiful view of Sanremo.

The Southern exposure allows to take the path in a T-shirt even during the coldest winter periods.

A competitive event where many high level downhill champions took part was held here for sixteen years.

Since 2007, during the winter, the main companies in the field have tested here the new equipment to be used in the racing season.

Easy and smooth at the beginning it then becomes faster and more challenging, aligning itself with the most modern dh trails, where the speed is a major component.

Partiamo nei pressi della vecchia stazione ferroviaria sulla pista ciclopedonale a Ospedaletti ed andiamo in direzione Sanremo. 

Dopo poche decine di metri ci immettiamo sulla via Cavalieri di Malta per raggiungere la via Aurelia.

Giunti al semaforo, proseguiamo per Sanremo e, alla cima della salita, prendiamo a sinistra la strada carrozzabile Capo Nero

Saliamo incontrando una serie di tornanti che, mano mano che procediamo, svelano panorami veramente favolosi.

Arrivati ad un incrocio, giriamo a sinistra e, in discesa su Corso Garibaldi, proseguiamo fino ad incontrare Corso Marconi, storico circuito motociclistico che ha ospitato le gare con campioni del mondo, uno su tutti Giacomo Agostini.

Percorrendo la via molto larga, dell'ex circuito, giungiamo nuovamente sulla via Aurelia dove, girando a destra arriviamo ad un secondo bivio.

Giriamo a sinistra, scendiamo sulla pista ciclabile e, di qui, al punto di partenza.

We start near the old railway station on the cycle/pedestrian path in Ospedaletti and head towards Sanremo.

After a few tens of meters we enter via Cavalieri di Malta to reach via Aurelia.

At the traffic light, continue towards Sanremo and, at the top of the hill, take the Capo Nero road on the left

We go up meeting a series of switchbacks which, as we proceed, reveal truly fabulous panoramas.

Arrived at a crossroads, we turn left and, going down Corso Garibaldi, we continue until we meet Corso Marconi, a historic motorcycle circuit that hosted races with world champions, Giacomo Agostini above all.

Going along the very wide road of the former circuit, we reach the Via Aurelia again where, turning right, we arrive at a second crossroads.

We turn left, go down the cycle path and, from here, to the starting point.

Partiamo dal porticciolo di Arma di Taggia e saliamo verso Taggia lungo la pista ciclabile.

Alla prima rotonda attraversiamo il ponte sul torrente Argentina e proseguiamo sulla ciclabile lungo l'argine.

Passato il maneggio dei cavalli, incontriamo i campi da calcio e, subito dopo, un ponte sul torrente che attraverseremo per ritornare sulla provinciale e proseguire alla volta di Badalucco.

Proseguiamo sulla strada provinciale fino ad arrivare ad un bivio con le indicazioni per Argallo e Vignai nei pressi del ristorante "Ca Mea". Giriamo a sinistra.

Saliamo su una strada stretta e abbastanza irta per qualche chilometro, oltrepassando le frazioni di Argallo, Zerni e poi Vignai.

Passato un tunnel, giungiamo ad un bivio dove proseguiamo dritti e, dopo poco, iniziamo la discesa che ci porta al passo Ghimbegna. 

A questo punto, giriamo a sinistra e scendiamo al paese di Ceriana.

Passiamo il centro del paese e continuiamo con un saliscendi fino alla definitiva discesa verso la frazione di Poggio dove, passato l'abitato, prendiamo a sinistra la strada che i corridori della Milano Sanremo fanno in salita.

Scendiamo sulla via Aurelia passando da un bel punto panoramico alla chiesa della Madonna della Guardia. 

Giunti Sull'Aurelia giriamo a sinistra per tornare ad Arma e, dopo essere passati sotto il faro di Capo Verde, prima della rotonda, prendiamo a destra la pista ciclopedonale che ci porterà all'area camper dopo la vecchia stazione ferroviaria e, di qui, al punto di partenza.

We start from the small harbour of Arma di Taggia and go up towards Taggia along the cycle path.

At the first roundabout, cross the bridge over the Argentina stream and continue on the cycle path along the embankment.

After the horse stables, we come across the soccer fields and, immediately afterwards, a bridge over the stream which we will cross to return to the provincial road and continue towards Badalucco.

We continue on the provincial road until we reach a crossroads with indications for Argallo and Vignai near the "Ca Mea" restaurant.

We turn left. We go up a narrow and quite steep road for a few kilometres, passing the hamlets of Argallo, Zerni and then Vignai.

After a tunnel, we reach a crossroads where we continue straight on and, after a while, we begin the descent that takes us to the Ghimbegna pass.

At this point, we turn left and go down to the village of Ceriana.

We pass the center of the town and continue with an ups and downs until the final descent towards the hamlet of Poggio where, having passed the town, we take the road on the left that the Milano Sanremo riders take uphill.

We go down the Via Aurelia passing from a beautiful panoramic point to the church of the Madonna della Guardia.

Once on the Aurelia we turn left to return to Arma and, after passing under the lighthouse of Capo Verde, before the roundabout, we take the cycle/pedestrian path to the right which will take us to the camper area after the old railway station and, from here, at the starting point.

Partiamo da piazza Marconi al centro di Olivetta San Michele e saliamo verso Sospel.

Arrivati ai tornanti di col de Vescavo, prendiamo la strada a destra verso Colle Longue, passato il quale giriamo a sinistra verso Col de Paula.

Proseguiamo sulla strada sterrata principale e, tra alti e bassi, arriviamo al Col De Brouis.

Adesso si scende. Andiamo a destra verso il paese di Breil sur Roya e, da qui, costeggiando il fiume, scendiamo in direzione Ventimiglia.

Arriviamo a Fanghetto sul confine con l'Italia e passato San Michele, giriamo al primo bivio sulla destra per salire verso Olivetta San Michele ed arrivare al punto di partenza.

We start from Piazza Marconi in the center of Olivetta San Michele and go up towards Sospel.

Arrived at the hairpin bends of col de Vescavo, we take the road to the right towards Colle Longue, after which we turn left towards Col de Paula.

We continue on the main dirt road and, between ups and downs, we arrive at Col De Brouis.

Now we go down.

We go right towards the town of Breil sur Roya and, from here, skirting the river, we go down towards Ventimiglia. We arrive in Fanghetto on the border with Italy and after San Michele, we turn right at the first crossroads to climb towards Olivetta San Michele and arrive at the starting point.

Partiamo dalla stazione vecchia di Sanremo e, sulla pista ciclabile, raggiungiamo Ospedaletti dove, finita la ciclabile, saliamo sulla via Aurelia e proseguiamo verso Bordighera.

Giunti al capo di Sant'Ampelio, terminata la curva a destra, teniamo la destra e, alla Fontana delle Sirene, saliamo a destra per poi girare a sinistra al bivio.

Dopo la curva a destra, giriamo allo stop a sinistra per prendere la via Romana.

Alla fine della via alberata, alla rotonda, giriamo a destra e, dopo cento metri, saliamo a sinistra proseguendo verso Vallecrosia.

Arriviamo in discesa ad una prima rotonda e proseguiamo dritti. Subito dopo,  alla successiva rotonda, giriamo a destra e costeggiamo il torrente Verbone fino al primo ponte che, attraversando il torrente, ci porta sulla provinciale per Vallecrosia alta e poi San Biagio della Cima.

Passato il paese di San Biagio della Cima, arriviamo a Soldano e, dopo un po', la strada comincia a salire con una serie di tornanti. Dopo qualche chilometro arriviamo in vista di Perinaldo.

Arrivati sotto al paese, giriamo al primo bivio a destra e poi proseguiamo su questa strada senza deviazioni fino ad arrivare, dopo alcuni chilometri, al punto più alto del percorso in concomitanza di un tunnel che attraversiamo per poi, all'uscita, incominciare la discesa su Sanremo.

Dopo alcune curve arriviamo ad un bivio. Giriamo a destra e proseguiamo arrivando alla curva panoramica del Marzocco. In questo punto vale la pena di fermarsi per qualche fotografia.

Continuiamo a scendere e, dopo una serie di tornanti, troviamo a metà di uno di questi una strada che, dapprima in falsopiano e poi sempre più ripida, ci porta su via Gabriele D'Annunzio.

Restiamo su questa strada principale fino ad arrivare ad un semaforo che da su corso degli Inglesi.

Giriamo a sinistra e, dopo cento metri, scendiamo a destra in via Nuvoloni che ci porterà alla Chiesa Russa,

Rientriamo sulla via Aurelia verso il centro ed arriviamo al punto di partenza.

We start from the old station of Sanremo and, on the cycle path, we reach Ospedaletti where, at the end of the cycle path, we go up the Via Aurelia and continue towards Bordighera.

Once we reach Capo di Sant'Ampelio, after the curve to the right, we keep to the right and, at the Fontana delle Sirene, we go up to the right and then turn left at the crossroads.

After the right-hand bend, we turn left at the stop sign to take via Romana.

At the end of the tree-lined street, at the roundabout, we turn right and, after a hundred meters, we go up to the left continuing towards Vallecrosia.

We arrive downhill at a first roundabout and continue straight. Immediately afterwards, at the next roundabout, we turn right and coast along the Verbone torrent up to the first bridge which, crossing the torrent, takes us onto the provincial road for Vallecrosia Alta and then San Biagio della Cima.

After the village of San Biagio della Cima, we arrive in Soldano and, after a while, the road begins to climb with a series of hairpin bends. After a few kilometers we arrive in sight of Perinaldo.

Arrived below the village, we turn right at the first crossroads and then continue on this road without detours until we reach, after a few kilometres, the highest point of the route in conjunction with a tunnel that we cross to then, at the exit, begin the descent towards Sanremo.

After a few bends we arrive at a crossroads. We turn right and continue arriving at the Panoramic curve of Marzocco. At this point it is worth stopping for a few photographs.

We continue to descend and, after a series of hairpin bends, halfway through one of these we find a road which, initially on a slight slope and then increasingly steep, takes us to via Gabriele D'Annunzio.

We stay on this main road until we reach a traffic light that leads to Corso degli Inglesi.

We turn left and, after a hundred meters, we go down to the right in via Nuvoloni which will take us to the Russian Church,

We return to the via Aurelia towards the center and arrive at the starting point.

Partiamo dall'ingresso del borgo medievale di Perinaldo subito dopo il ponte sul torrente Nervia e prendiamo direzione valle, passando a fianco dei campi da calcio e, prendendo la strada che sale un poco a sinistra.

La strada si impenna subito e continua per qualche chilometro fino ad arrivare su un piccolo pianoro dove troviamo il bivio che, a sinistra, ci porta ad Apricale.

Prima di arrivare al paese scendiamo in fondo alla valle per attraversare il torrente e risaliamo dall'altro versante fino a giungere sulla strada che proviene da Baiardo.

Giriamo a sinistra e prendiamo la strada che attraversa Apricale per scendere velocemente al paese di Isolabona dove, prima di arrivare, attraversiamo il ponte sul Nervia e, girando a sinistra, torniamo a Dolceacqua.

Dopo averne attraversato il centro, arriviamo al ponte che ci riporta al punto di partenza.

Let's start from the entrance to the medieval village of Perinaldo immediately after the bridge over the Nervia stream and head towards the valley, passing alongside the soccer fields and, taking the road which rises a little to the left.

The road immediately rears up and continues for a few kilometers until it reaches a small plateau where we find the junction which, on the left, takes us to Apricale. 

Before reaching the village, we go down to the bottom of the valley to cross the stream and go up the other side until we reach the road that comes from Baiardo.

We turn left and take the road that crosses Apricale to quickly descend to the village of Isolabona where, before arriving, we cross the bridge over the Nervia strong> and, turning left, we return to Dolceacqua.

After having crossed the center, we arrive at the bridge that takes us back to the starting point.

Partiamo da Dolceacqua al bivio per Rocchetta Nervina, vicino alla pesca facilitata alle trote e percorriamo la strada direzione Rocchetta Nervina fino a prendere la strada che gira a destra per località Frodora, nei pressi di una cappelletta ricordo.

Percorriamo la stradina e, dopo poco, al bivio, teniamo la sinistra.

Continuiamo per qualche chilometro. Giunti ad un tornante, lo percorriamo e non prendiamo la stradina che dal tornante si diparte.

Giungiamo ad incontrare la strada che sale alla località di Gouta e qui giriamo a destra.

Scendiamo fino a intersecare la strada provinciale di Pigna.

Giriamo a sinistra e scendiamo ad Isolabona.

Dopo aver attraversato il paese, proseguiamo in direzione Dolceacqua fino ad incontrare il bivio da cui siamo partiti.

We start from Dolceacqua at the junction for Rocchetta Nervina, near the facilitated fishing for trout and we follow the road direction Rocchetta Nervina until you take the road that turns right towards locality Frodora, near a small chapel.

Go along the road and, after a while, keep left at the crossroads.

We continue for a few kilometers. When we reach a hairpin bend, we follow it and do take the small road that branches off from the hairpin bend.

We come to the road that goes up to the locality of Gouta and here we turn right.

We go down until we cross the provincial road of Pigna.

We turn left and go down to Isolabona.

After crossing the town, we continue in the direction of Dolceacqua until we meet the crossroads from which we started.

Partiamo dai giardini pubblici di Ventimiglia alla foce del fiume Roja e proseguiamo verso monte lungo il fiume.

Arrivati alla rotonda andiamo a destra fino alla seconda uscita prendendo la strada che fiancheggia a destra la superstrada.

Passato il sottopasso della ferrovia proseguiamo lungo il fiume sulla vecchia strada che porta al colle di Tenda.

Prima della frazione di Trucco, troviamo sulla destra la deviazione per la frazione di Verrandi. La strada si impenna subito con una pendenza notevole, facile per le E-Bike ma col turbo.

Passata la frazione, si continua a salire fino ad arrivare dove la strada spiana e sulla sinistra si vede l'insegna per il sentiero che porta sull'Alta Via dei Monti Liguri.

Prendiamo la strada asfaltata in discesa sulla destra del sentiero e, dopo un centinaio di metri, arriviamo ad un incrocio.

Giriamo secco a destra e prendiamo una strada stretta che ci porterà, dopo un percorso tra uliveti e vigneti bellissimi ed un bel panorama, a Camporosso.

Attraversata la strada al semaforo in fondo alla discesa,imbocchiamo la pista ciclabile fino al Ponte dell'Amicizia che attraversa il torrente Nervia, al di là del quale attraversiamo la strada e riprendiamo la pista ciclabile che ci porterà sull'Aurelia.

Di qui, dopo aver attraversato l'Aurelia ed essere passati sotto la ferrovia, imbocchiamo poco più avanti sulla destra il nuovo ponte ciclopedonale che riattraversa il fiume e ci porta alla sua foce sulla ciclabile.

Dopo un poco si interrompe e ci fa proseguire sulla strada normale lungo il mare fino ad arrivare al punto di partenza.

Let's start from the public gardens of Ventimiglia at the mouth of the Roja river and continue upstream along the river.

At the roundabout, go right up to the second exit taking the road that runs alongside the highway to the right.

After the railway underpass, we continue along the river on the old road that leads to Colle di Tenda.

Before the fraction of Trucco, we find the detour to the fraction of Verrandi on the right. The road immediately rears up with a considerable slope, easy for E-Bikes but with turbos.

After the hamlet, continue uphill until you reach where the road levels out and on the left you see the sign for the path that leads to the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri.

Take the paved road downhill to the right of the path and, after about a hundred meters, we arrive at a crossroads.

We turn sharply to the right and take a narrow road that will take us, after a journey through beautiful olive groves and vineyards and a beautiful panorama, in Camporosso.

Cross the road at the traffic light at the bottom of the descent, take the cycle path up to the Friendship Bridge which crosses the Nervia stream, beyond which we cross the road and take the cycle path that will take us to the Aurelia.

From here, after crossing the Aurelia and passing under the railway, take the new cycle/pedestrian bridge on the right a little further on, which crosses the river again and takes us to its mouth on the cycle path.

After a while it stops and makes us continue on the normal road along the sea until we get to the starting point.

Partiamo dalla Chiesa Russa di Sanremo e, salendo in via Nuvoloni, raggiungiamo il Corso degli Inglesi. 

Giriamo a sinistra e, al semaforo, saliamo a destra in via Carducci.

Proseguiamo fino alla frazione di San Bartolomeo dove a destra, in via Ludovico Ariosto, costeggiando il campo da golf, raggiungiamo la strada Sen. Ernesto Marsaglia che arriverà fino a San Romolo.

Lasciamo a sinistra l'abitato di Borello e poi di Bevino.

Al bivio della Rocca, andiamo dritti. Non entreremo in San Romolo, a meno di voler fare una pausa, ma al bivio andiamo a destra e, passando a fianco del maneggio, scendiamo per un piccolo tratto e poi risaliamo fino a dove la strada scollina presso il bivio per Monte Bignone che sovrasta Sanremo.

Da qui scendiamo all'incrocio di passo Ghimbegna e, volendo, possiamo facilmente visitare Bajardo semplicemente girando a sinistra.

Giriamo a destra e scendiamo verso Ceriana. 

Attraversato il paese, proseguiamo con alcuni saliscendi verso la discesa che ci porta alla frazione di Poggio, passata la quale, imbocchiamo la discesa della Milano Sanremo e giungiamo sull'Aurelia.

Di qui, attraversando l'arteria, andiamo a prendere la pista ciclabile che a destra ci riporterà in centro.

Giunti alla vecchia stazione ferroviaria, giriamo a destra per salire in via Verdi e poi, passando davanti al Casinò, torniamo al punto di partenza.

Let's start from the Russian Church of Sanremo and, going up via Nuvoloni, we reach Corso degli Inglesi.

We turn left and, at the traffic light, we go up to the right in via Carducci.

We continue to the hamlet of San Bartolomeo where on the right, in via Ludovico Ariosto, skirting the golf course, we reach the Sen. Ernesto Marsaglia road which will reach San Romolo.

Leaving the village of Borello on the left and then Bevino.

At the fork of the Rocca, we go straight. We will not enter San Romolo, unless we want to take a break, but at the crossroads we go to the right and, passing alongside the stables, we go down for a small stretch and then we go up again up to where the road goes over the hill at the crossroads for Monte Bignone which overlooks Sanremo.

From here we go down to the crossroads of Ghimbegna pass and, if we wish, we can easily visit Bajardo by simply turning left.

We turn right and go down towards Ceriana.

After crossing the town, we continue with some ups and downs towards the descent that takes us to the hamlet of Poggio, after which, we take the descent of the Milano Sanremo and reach the Aurelia. strong>

From here, crossing the artery, we take the cycle path which will take us back to the center on the right.

Once we reach the old railway station, we turn right to go up via Verdi and then, passing in front of the Casino, we return to the starting point.

Partiamo dalla stazione vecchia dei treni di Sanremo, percorriamo la pista ciclabile in direzione Genova fino alla valle Armea.

Usciamo dalla pista e ci immettiamo sull'Aurelia. All'altezza della rotonda facciamo inversione e torniamo verso Sanremo, sempre sulla via Aurelia.

Lasciamo il faro sulla destra e prendiamo la salita, sempre a destra, che ci porta a Poggio sul tracciato della mitica Milano - Sanremo.

Arrivati nell'abitato di Poggio, giriamo a sinistra e seguiamo il tracciato della corsa in discesa.

Al fondo della discesa, ci aspetta un ponticello sul torrente Val D'Olivi.

Prima di attraversarlo, prendiamo la strada sulla destra, e dopo essere passati sotto il ponte dell'Aurelia Bis, giriamo a sinistra e saliamo lungo una strada molto ripida per circa trecento metri.

Appena spiana, al bivio, giriamo a destra per salire sulla ripida strada Peiranze. 

La salita finisce in un piccolo spiazzo al termine del quale proseguiamo diritti. Con un saliscendi arriviamo alla frazione di Verezzo San Antonio.

Scendiamo lungo la strada fino ad arrivare a un bivio. Proseguiamo per Verezzo San Donato. 

Lasciata la chiesa alla nostra sinistra, al bivio prendiamo la strada sulla sinistra, per ora sterrata, ed arriviamo alla Croce della Parà.

Attraversiamo la strada e proseguiamo di fronte nella stradina che scende e si trasforma in mulattiera con alcuni scalini, non alti, che ci portano sulla strada sottostante che, ripida, arriva fino alla chiesa di San Pietro.

Passiamo davanti alla chiesa e risaliamo tenendoci sulla strada principale.

Troveremo un bivio dove, nonostante la strada prosegua in salita, noi scegliamo di tenere la sinistra in discesa.

Più avanti risaliamo, proseguendo fino a quando non si scollina.

Dopo qualche centinaia di metri la strada finisce per lasciare il posto ad un sentiero con scalini poco profondi e con discese di cemento che facilitano la percorrenza.

Si scende sulla mulattiera che si fa sempre più ripida e si va ad innestare in strada Tasciaire anch'essa ripida ma asfaltata, che sfocia in via Dante Alighieri.

Giriamo a destra e saliamo lungo la strada che, proseguendo, cambia intitolazione e diventa Senatore Ernesto Marsaglia. Arriva fino alla Frazione di San Romolo. 

Proseguiamo sulla via principale fino ad arrivare alla frazione di San Giacomo. Al bivio giriamo a sinistra e prendiamo via Ludovico Ariosto, anche detta Giro dell'Isola.

La strada è pianeggiante e, per 3.5 km, gira attorno al campo golf di Sanremo fino ad arrivare alla frazione di San Bartolomeo. 

Ora scendiamo verso Sanremo e dopo circa due km, al tornante, prendiamo la strada a destra percorrendola fino ad arrivare, dopo uno strappetto in salita, ad una ripida ma breve discesa che porta su un piccolo ponte molto stretto sul torrente Foce. 

Una volta passato, risaliamo altrettanto ripidamente per poi ritornare in un saliscendi che ci porterà su un altro ponte a sinistra e di nuovo in una leggera discesa.

Al termine della discesa, al bivio, giriamo a destra per portarci, dopo 550 metri, ad una stradina che scende sulla sinistra in mezzo a delle serre.

Scendiamo e, dopo poco, risaliamo su una strada dapprima larga e poi stretta e sterrata.

Seguiamola per qualche centinaia di metri, sempre salendo finchè, dopo una esse, intravvediamo un sottopasso dell'autostrada dei Fiori.

Passiamo sotto e saliamo un breve tratto che ci porta su strada Monte Ortigara.

Da qui prendiamo a destra e andiamo verso sud seguendo sempre la strada principale che si va ad innestare in strada rotabile Caponero.

Restiamo su questa via fino sull Aurelia. Attenzione, dopo quattro tornanti la strada ad un bivio gira strettamente a sinistra per proseguire con un altra serie di tornanti fino alla via Aurelia ponente.

Arrivati in fondo alla discesa che ci ha regalato panorami bellissimi, giriamo a sinistra per tornare a Sanremo. 

Proseguiamo sull'Aurelia fino ad arrivare nei pressi di un supermercato sulla sinistra, di fronte al quale, sulla destra e prima di un'edicola, c'è una stradina che in cinquanta metri ci riporta sulla pista ciclabile.

Teniamo la pista ciclabile per tornare al punto di partenza

Let's start from the old train station of Sanremo, take the cycle path towards Genoa up to the Valle Armea.

Let's leave the track and take the Aurelia. At the roundabout, we make a U-turn and go back towards Sanremo, still on the Via Aurelia.

Leave the lighthouse on the right and take the climb, always to the right, which takes us to Poggio on the route of the legendary Milan - Sanremo.

Arrived in the village of Poggio, we turn left and follow the route of the downhill race.

At the bottom of the descent, a small bridge awaits us over the Val D'Olivi stream.

Before crossing it, take the road to the right, and after passing under the Aurelia Bis bridge, turn left and climb a very steep road for about three hundred meters.

As soon as it clears, at the crossroads, we turn right to climb the steep strada Peiranze.

The climb ends in a small clearing at the end of which we continue straight on. With an up and down we arrive at the hamlet of Verezzo San Antonio.

We go down the road until we reach a crossroads. We continue to Verezzo San Donato.

Leaving the church on our left, at the crossroads we take the road on the left, for now a dirt road, and we arrive at the Croce della Parà.

Cross the road and continue in front of it on the small road that descends and turns into a mule track with a few steps, which are not high, which take us to the road below which, steeply, reaches the church of St. Peter.

We pass in front of the church and go up keeping to the main road.

We will find a crossroads where, despite the road continuing uphill, we choose to keep left going downhill.

Later we go up, continuing until it goes downhill.

After a few hundred meters, the road ends up giving way to a path with shallow steps and cement descents that make walking easier.

Go down the mule track that gets steeper and steeper and join strada Tasciaire, also steep but paved, which leads tovia Dante Alighieri.

We turn right and go up the road which, continuing, changes its name and becomes Senator Ernesto Marsaglia. It reaches the hamlet of San Romolo.

We continue on the main street until we reach the hamlet of San Giacomo. At the crossroads, we turn left and take via Ludovico Ariosto, also called Giro dell'Isola .

The road is flat and, for 3.5 km, goes around the golf course of Sanremo until it reaches the hamlet of San Bartolomeo.

Now we go down towards Sanremo and after about two km, at the hairpin bend, we take the road to the right and follow it until we reach, after a slight uphill stretch, a steep but short descent that leads to a < strong>small bridge very narrow on the Foce stream.

Once past, we go up just as steeply to then return in an up and down that will take us to another bridge on the left and again in a slight descent.

At the end of the descent, at the crossroads, we turn right to take us, after 550 meters, to a small road that descends on the left in the middle of greenhouses.

We go down and, after a while, we go up again on a road that is wide at first and then narrow and unpaved.

Follow it for a few hundred meters, always going up until, after an S, we see an underpass of the Autostrada dei Fiori.

We pass underneath and go up a short stretch that takes us to the Monte Ortigara road.

From here, take a right and go south, always following the main road that joins the Rotabile Caponero.

Let's stay on this road up to the Aurelia. Attention, after four hairpin bends the road at a crossroads turns strictly left to continue with another series of hairpin bends up to via Aurelia ponente.

At the bottom of the descent which gave us beautiful views, we turn left to return to Sanremo.

We continue on the Aurelia until we arrive near a supermarket on the left, in front of which, on the right and before a newsstand, there is a small road which takes us back to the cycle path in fifty meters.

We keep the bike path to return to the starting point

It starts from the car park near the petrol station and immediately climbs towards the provincial road.

Go right and after passing through the town of Molini di Triora, continue on the provincial road towards Triora; arrived where the road goes over the hills, we find a crossroads where we must turn right. when you arrive in front of the town hall, take the road that climbs to the left and continue on the main road until, after passing two hairpin bends and a steep ramp, the dirt road begins.

We follow it for a few kilometers and when we reach a crossroads, we continue straight downhill to then find a slight slope that will lead us to pass in front of the Fornara refuge, former barracks of the Guardia di Finanza, after which we find a completely dark elbow tunnel, from go along with the help of luminous objects, or you can avoid it with a path to the left of your entrance, not very easy though.

Upon exiting the tunnel, looking back or raising your eyes, you can see the famous statue of the Redeemer on top of Mount Saccarello which dominates the entire Argentina valley.

Continuing for a few hundred meters, we find a small road that climbs backwards on the right with respect to our direction.

We follow it and after a hundred meters, we arrive at a crossroads; we turn left and follow the road which, after about 2.5 km, rejoins the one that was abandoned immediately before but is less flowing.

At this point, continuing on, we will come to a crossroads where the road descends to Burniga on the left, however we turn right and continue to climb up to where the road becomes gentler and, with ups and downs, we pass under the Gray refuge.

At this point there will only be a descent, first with a very gravelly dirt road that arrives at Colle Melosa and then on an asphalt road up to Molini after turning left at Colle Langan.

This route is not suitable for road bikes as there are long stretches of dirt road and a single track of a few hundred metres. It is not suitable for beginners as it has a difference in height of about 800 meters and with some challenging climbs, however indicated for e-bikes.

The tour starts from Sanremo on the cycle path at the end of via Barabino, goes in the direction of France up to Bordighera, on the cycle path up to Ospedaletti and then on the Aurelia.

When you reach the port of Bordighera, turn right into via Garnier, which is a little steep, until you reach via dei Colli; going up you will find a beautiful road on the left panoramic terrace overlooking the city where it is advisable to stop and after two hundred meters turn right onto via degli Inglesi.

The road will take us to the hamlet of Sasso and then crossing a portion of the municipality of Vallebona, we will arrive at the principality of Seborga.

Leaving the village on the left, the road continues for a few hundred meters up to a crossroads which on the right will lead to Passo del Bandito.

Here the road will first be cemented, but soon after it will become a dirt road and you will be able to have truly suggestive panoramic views, so much so that on clear days you will be able to see Monte Carlo and the French coast far beyond Nice and Cannes.

Continue to climb always keeping to the main road, until you reach a crossroads which on the right will take us to the beginning of path no. 14 which will take us back to the Sanremo area.

Immediately after the first crossroads of the path you will meet another crossroads, where the n° 14 goes to the right while we will go straight towards the indication Marzocco - San Romolo.

The path is narrow but does not involve extreme difficulties, after about 700 meters you will come to the Via Monte Ortigara which you will take downhill passing and stopping dutifully to the panoramic Marzocco curve.

Continuing downstream after a series of hairpin bends, you will take a road which in a hairpin bend continues straight and descending steeply it enters further downstream in via G. D'annunzio at the end of which you will meet c.so Inglesi which will take us to the roundabout of the mouth and to Via Barabino to find the starting point again.

The itinerary is suitable for slightly more expert cyclists, not so much for the difficulties, which are absent, but for the length and the difference in height of the route.

It starts from Piazza Muccioli, in the center of Sanremo and goes north, in via Martiri and then via Pietro Agosti; continue to the end of the road with the graft in via g. Galilei that you follow it to the right. arrived at an underpass, turn right to take via sen. Ernesto Marsaglia.

Continue to follow the same road for about nine km.

On the way we will be able to notice the 18-hole golf course on the left, further up, always on the left we will leave the town of Borello and further on the detour to Bevino.

Arrived at the "Rocca" crossroads, turn left and after a few hundred meters, left again at the crossroads for Perinaldo, starting the descent towards Sanremo.

At a certain point you will arrive at a bend called Marzocco or panoramic curve, in fact it is worth stopping to take some beautiful photos of the city.

Always following the main road called Str. Monte Ortigara or the military road, you will come to border the hamlet of Coldirodi and, after the Olimpo restaurant on the right, we will take via Alla Colla which with a steep descent will take us to via Padre Semeria for a very short stretch e. after a curve to the right, in via Solaro Rapallin turning right.

Continue on this road going down to the horse field, from here it will become via Solaro and will arrive at the mouth of Sanremo; here at the roundabout turn right and immediately left in via Barabino which will take us to the cycle path and, going left towards the centre, you will arrive in corso Mombello, formed by two parallel avenues with flower beds in the middle.

Turning left you will go up to via Feraldi and then to piazza Muccioli to end our tour.

Leave the cycle/pedestrian path just west of the monumental cemetery of the Foce (4 m a.s.l.), cross the Aurelia road and take the uphill road (coinciding with the Sentiero Liguria) up to Coldirodi (altitude 250 m).

Then head north following the marked path that reaches Mount Carparo (905 m altitude) and continue along the ridge for a long stretch up to the top of Mount Bignone (1299 m) .

Leaving the cycle/pedestrian path to the east, near the church of S. Martino (10 m asl), take via Peiranze, formerly a historic mule track, which climbs up the narrow ridge keeping to the north.

At Pian dei Bosi (altitude 300 m) continue on the panoramic path that reaches Mount Colma (649 m). of Mount Bignone (1299 m).

From the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Costa (95 m altitude), at the upper edge of the historic center of Pigna, follow the small road that reaches loc. S. Giacomo (295 m ), then, after about 1.3 km, it becomes a pedestrian mule track up to the village of S. Romolo (777 m altitude).

A further stretch of historic mule track connects us in loc. Termini di Perinaldo (960 m) to the previous itinerary.

From the stables (760 m) go up to the meadow of S.Romolo and from here take the pedestrian Strada Carini and, after having crossed and covered the provincial road for a short stretch, you enter a small road with a natural surface called Cancelletti, crossing a dense woods.

After about 1 km, take the connecting path on the right which, having crossed the municipal road of M. Ortigara, goes up to Via di Cresta frequented by off-road bike enthusiasts.

At the crossroads you can choose to go left, reaching, after just over 1 km, an exceptionally panoramic point on top of Mount Carparo.

Going to the right, once you reach the ridge, follow it (maximum altitude about 1000 m) in a northerly direction as far as loc. Termini d Perinaldo (960 m), from where we follow the ancient cobbled mule track downwards which takes us directly to the meadow of S. Romolo and to the starting point.

Leaving the stables (760 m) and following the provincial road n. 56, take the path that quickly climbs the wooded ridge until it crosses the provincial road for Perinaldo.

We follow it for a short distance as far as the entrance to the tunnel (896 m), from where a firebreak trail begins on the right and penetrates the southern wooded slope of Mount Bignone for almost two km, with a semi-level course.

After about 500 meters, a gentle ascent path joins the left to the ridge (also used for mountain biking) and reaches the saddle of the Termini di Baiardo (920 m).

From here you descend again on the track and then on the path returning quickly to the starting point.

From the stables (760 m) go up to the meadow and continue on the ancient mule track for Perinaldo until you reach the ridge in Termini di Perinaldo (960 m).

Continue in a northerly direction as far as the saddle at Termini di Baiardo (920 m).

From here you descend on the track (firebreak) and, having crossed the provincial road n. 61, on the path quickly reaching the village of S. Romolo and the starting point.

It starts from the Foce di Sanremo on the cycle path at the end of via Barabino, proceeds on the cycle path towards France up to Ospedaletti, at the end of the tunnel of about 1500 meters, after about 300 meters, turn right onto via Cavalieri di Malta up to the traffic light.

Continue up the Aurelia in the direction of Sanremo until, where the road levels out, take the Caponero carriage road on the left, characteristic with its many hairpin bends and panoramic views.

At the first crossroads, turn right and continue to climb up to the crossroads with via Padre Semeria which descends into the city.

Continue towards Coldirodi and after a few hundred metres, take via Monte Ortigara on the right up to the Olimpo restaurant; after a few meters take a narrow road on the right which goes down under the tollbooth of the motorway, after the tunnel go left and immediately after go down to the right.

After the bend to the right, turn left at the crossroads and continue on the road which will soon become bumpy for a few hundred meters to return to the asphalt further on and go up Strada San Lorenzo.

From here, after a first slight slope, you descend to Sanremo passing alongside a hotel and then taking Strada Solaro which will come out at the Foce roundabout and immediately after in Via Barabino for the end of the tour.

The route starts from the old Arma railway station and going in the direction of France, you turn left onto the cycle path in the direction of Genoa.

Continue for about 2.5 km then, turning left, you can see a traffic light, crossing the Aurelia you go up towards the town of Pompeiana.

After the first houses, after a hairpin bend, continue uphill until you cross the town and find a steep but short climb with two hairpin bends.

Continue on the main road with a view of the Castellaro golf course, until you reach the village of Castellaro.

After a hill in the middle of the houses, take the brick road that enters and crosses the village.

After passing the historic centre, which is very beautiful, you return to the main road as far as the first crossroads on the right which will take you to Taggia along a steep descent but with little traffic.

Once on the Argentina river, before reaching the bridge, turn immediately left and go along the river bank going down towards Arma on the cycle path.

A few hundred meters after the railway underpass, cross the bridge over the river and take the cycle path on the other bank to the sea.

From here, as soon as you pass under the old railway bridge, go up to the right on the cycle path and go back along the initial route, up to the roundabout where, taking the first exit, you go up the road that will take us to the starting point

It starts from the crossroads under the town of Bussana, it goes down and, after going through the whole roundabout, we go to take the Aurelia in the direction of Sanremo.

After passing the lighthouse on the right, we take the road that leads to the hamlet of Poggio on the right, the same one that sees the passage of the legendary Milan - Sanremo.

Arrived at the hamlet of Poggio, we cross it uphill and continue on the provincial road towards Ceriana.

After about 14 km from the start and before reaching the town of Ceriana, we go down via San Sebastiano and at the end we turn right under an arch below the houses.

We continue to descend until we meet a bridge on the left over the Armea stream, we cross it and continue on the cemented road.

At the first crossroads on the left we continue straight on, but a little further on we will take the road on the left which begins to climb and becomes a dirt road.

We always keep to the same and we continue to climb, always keeping to the left.

We arrive at the top of the road which is cemented again, where we meet the asphalt again and turning right we begin to descend to the locality of Beuzi.

Continue on the main road which will become steep at times and, after passing over the bridge that crosses the Autostrada Dei Fiori, continue downhill and keep left at the forks.

Once in the town of Bussana, take the ring road to the west until you reach the starting point.

It starts from the meadow of San Romolo, skirts the meadow uphill to a crossroads where you turn right, continue up to a gate with a side opening and pass on a dirt road in front of two stone buildings called "le casermette".

The road first descends, but soon goes up again up to the provincial road.

Turn right and go up to a second crossroads, turn right again towards Perinaldo up to a tunnel, as soon as you come out of the tunnel, take the dirt road to the right and go downhill for a certain time, then you come to a crossroads which right takes us back uphill and continue for a few kilometers with various slopes until you reach the asphalt and descend on the road that leads to the town of Bajardo.

At the crossroads, turn right again and after about a hundred meters right again.

The road climbs with a regular slope until it reaches its summit with the detour that leads to the top of Mount Bignone; at this point you descend among highly suggestive panoramic views of several kilometers of Ligurian and French coast, until you get back to San Romolo.

Before returning to the starting point, the last hundreds of meters of the road rear up again, passing alongside a beautiful stables for horses and immediately after you meet the crossroads which on the right will take us to the starting point of the meadow.

It starts on the cycle-pedestrian path near the old station of Sanrto Stefano al Mare, continues on the path in an eastern direction up to the village of San Lorenzo, here before arriving at the old railway station, we turn left taking a small downhill road which, going back in the direction we came from, it takes us to a small parking square and to the traffic light that overlooks the Via Aurelia.

We turn left at the traffic light and after a hundred meters on the Aurelia in a westerly direction, we take the famous Cipressa slope on the right.

We continue without delay on the main road until we arrive, near a curve on the left, at a crossroads which on the right takes us to the village of Lingueglietta.

Following the road we arrive at a small square, then going up a steep hairpin bend on the left, we find ourselves in the church square; from here, going around the public gardens, we take the road which, continuing straight ahead and then to the left, takes us, after a short and steep climb, to pass alongside the cemetery and, going left, onto a farm road which after a few hundred meters we arrive at a clearing where, turning right onto the dirt road, we begin the so-called climb of the shepherds.

From here we begin a very panoramic dirt road in the middle of the maritime pines and continue until we reach the highest point of the trip at a hairpin bend downhill to the right.

We continue downhill on stretches of paved road and then again on a dirt road, to then definitively find the asphalt to get to the end of a steep descent on the road connecting Pompeiana and Castellaro.

Here we continue straight on in the direction of travel and after two steep hairpin bends we arrive in the village of Pompeiana.

After a while, on the left we find the crossroads for Terzorio and we take it to go up and then go down again to the village of Terzorio.

After the town we continue to descend and keeping to the right we arrive at the traffic light which leads us onto the Aurelia; from here in a westerly direction, we continue for a few hundred meters on the main artery until we reach the next traffic light and from here, turning left and shortly after right, we return to the starting point on the cycle path.

It starts near the old railway station of San Lorenzo al Mare and goes in the direction of Genoa, immediately entering the Via Aurelia, after a few hundred meters, we take the fork on the left which takes us to the town of Civezza.

After the village we turn right and continue until the next crossroads where the chapel of the Madonna delle Grazie is located, here we turn left and go up the main road up to the chapel of Santa Brigida.

Leaving the asphalt we take the dirt road which at first is not very steep, becomes more and more uphill with quite demanding stretches until you reach a crossroads where the road to the right goes up and to the left it goes down.

Here it is worth making the steep 900-metre climb that takes us to the top of Mount Faudo from where, on clear days, you can see breathtaking panoramas with a view of hundreds of kilometers of coast to the right towards France and to the left as far as Tuscany , including the island of Corsica and Elba.

Returning to the same crossroads we go down to the right and with ups and downs we arrive at the church of San Salvatore.

At the crossroads we go down to the left, after which at the next crossroads we keep to the right and in a short while we come across two other crossroads where we keep to the left in both until we cross the provincial road that comes from the municipality of Pietrabruna.

Back on the asphalt we turn right and after having passed the hamlet of Boscomare, we continue towards the hamlet of Lingueglietta.

Here, upstream from the built-up area, near the cemetery, we cross the road of the ancient tower and turn right, climbing until we meet a plateau with an open space and the crossing of some paths and the dirt road that comes from the Shepherds.

We continue straight and take the descent that crosses the Dutch village, where several roads cross but which rejoin in the valley, therefore we always stay on the descent and after a few kilometers we arrive at the Cipressa traffic light.

We turn right and take the Cipressa descent, famous for the very classic Milano Sanremo; arrived on via Aurelia we turn left and after 50 meters we turn right to take us to the cycle/pedestrian path.

Turning left in the direction of Genoa, after a few kilometers we reach the municipality of San Lorenzo al mare again to reach the starting point.

It starts from the Chiesa degli Angeli in piazza Colombo, in the center of Sanremo and goes north, in via Marsaglia and then via San Francesco, at the top of the road we continue in via Dante alighieri up to the sanctuary of the Madonna della Costa where via sen. Ernesto Marsaglia begins.

Continue to follow the same road for about nine km.

On the way we will be able to notice the 18-hole golf course on the left, further up, always on the left we will leave the town of Borello and further on the detour to Bevino.

Arrived at the crossroads of the "Rocca" continue straight to reach the crossroads for San Romolo, we will not enter it, unless we want to take a break, but at the crossroads we go right and passing alongside the stables we go down for a small stretch and then we go up to where the road descends near the crossroads for Monte Bignone which overlooks Sanremo.

From here we go down to the Ghimbegna pass crossroads and, turning left, we go down to Bajardo.

Just before entering the town, we find a crossroads; we turn right and go down towards Castel Vittorio.

We continue on a narrow road which at a certain point rises up and down and then descends definitively towards the village where, after crossing it, we find the road that comes from the hamlet of Buggio.

From here we continue towards Pigna, Isolabona and Dolceacqua.

Once in the town of Dolceacqua, we turn left onto the bridge that leads to the historic center under the remains of the Doria Castle.

After the bridge, turn right and after skirting the soccer field, take the cycle/pedestrian path on the right which, with some ups and downs, will take us to the town of Camporosso, from here we continue on the cycle path as far as the sea, after crossing the Aurelia and passing under the railway.

Once at the beach, we travel along the entire seafront of Vallecrosia and Bordighera until we reach Capo di Sant'Ampelio where we return to the Aurelia up to Ospedaletti.

Before entering Ospedaletti, at the bottom of the descent, turn right to go and take the cycle path; we follow it for a few kilometers to the center of Sanremo and, having reached the Zampillo fountain, we go around it and go up via Manzoni to reach the starting point in Piazza Colombo.

The itinerary is suitable for slightly more expert cyclists, not so much for the difficulties, which are absent, but for the length and the difference in height of the route.

It starts from the provincial road near the car park at the entrance to the town and takes the road that leads uphill to Bellissimi.

Go uphill always keeping to the main road until you reach the town of Bellissimi and here you continue left towards the hamlet of Trincheri.

Continue to climb in the middle of the greenery until you reach the little church of Santa Brigida where, turning left, take the road that descends takes us to the village of Civezza.

Going down we find a small church called Madonna delle Grazie, we continue down for a few hundred meters and take, after a bend to the right and near an Enel transformer cabin, take the road on the left that takes us to Torrazza.

Going down we meet after a little road a crossroads where we take the road to the left and, further on in an olive grove at the crossroads we turn right.

From here we continue to descend until we meet the main road that goes up to Torrazza, we turn right and descend, keeping to the main road. Having met the road that leads to Dolcedo, we turn left to return to the starting point.

It starts from the village of Pigna near the pharmacy and descends towards the valley for about two kilometers and turns left onto the bridge that crosses the river with a wide mouth.

urning right, the road descends again and after a while, it meets the road that descends from the village of Bajardo.

At the crossroads, continue straight downhill until you reach the village of Castel Vittorio.

Simple route because it follows the main roads.

It starts near the old station of San Lorenzo and takes the road to Torre Paponi right in front of the departure and crossing the via Aurelia.

Arrived in Torre Paponi continue for Pietrabruna and then for Boscomare; we continue to descend towards Lingueglietta and then at the crossroads we turn right towards Costarainera on the Milan - Sanremo route up to Cipressa, then we take the descent after the traffic light and at the end of the same we arrive on the Aurelia.

After crossing the state road to the left, we immediately turn right to reach the cycle/pedestrian path that will take us back to the starting point.

Path for every type of bike

This is the route that has been organized for some years to reach Sanremo from Limone, or rather, from the forts on the hill of Tenda.

It starts from the chalet "le Marmotte" at 1800 m above sea level and begins to climb the dirt road towards the forts in an easterly direction practically following the Italian-French border for a kilometer and a half and climbing up to 2000 meters of "Baita 2000 ” to continue uphill and then with ups and downs up to Colle delle Perla.

We keep left at the crossroads and we arrive downhill to the hairpin col della Boaria, where we can enjoy a breathtaking panorama.

We continue the tour on the main road until we reach the collina Dei Signori, where it is advisable to go down to the nearby "Don Barbera" refuge to rest a bit and, for the E-Bikes, recharge the batteries a little to face the rest of the route.

After leaving the refuge, we go up and take the road on the left which first uphill and then downhill will take us to the Navette wood and continuing towards the ski resort of Monesi.

Before descending to Monesi, we find a road that climbs to the right with about ten bends to the Tanarello pass and crosses the detour that leads to the foot of the famous statue of the Redeemer.

The Tanarello pass represents the watershed between the Italian and French sides and continuing the tour we descend for a few kilometers into French territory until we reach the Colle Ardente pass.

This is the point where the "Via del Sale" divides, on the left you descend towards the Argentina valley, continuing on the right towards the Nervia and Roja valleys with the Alta via dei Monti Liguri.

We go down to the left into a small road connecting with the via per Sanson and after reaching it, we turn left again to reach the Colle Ardente gallery which, being completely dark, as it forms a 90 degree angle, must be crossed with a powerful torch.

Alternatively there is a small path on the right, not very easy, which avoids the tunnel and takes us back to the road.

After a few slight ups and downs, we arrive at the climb that takes us to the Guardia pass, where going left we would go to the Garezzo pass.

From here begins the descent that will take us to Triora, meeting the asphalt a few kilometers before.

Once in the village, we turn right in front of the Town Hall and then left at the first crossroads to go down to Molini di Triora.

We continue the descent towards Agaggio and then we go up and down towards Badalucco and then, once in Taggia, at the traffic light we turn left onto the bridge over the Argentina river and immediately after the bridge we turn right to take the cycle path that runs alongside the river.

After passing under the railway bridge, we arrive at a bridge that crosses Argentina again and after the bridge on the left, we take the cycle path again.

As soon as we pass under the old railway bridge, now home to the cycle/pedestrian path, we turn right and go up from the camper area at the Arma di Taggia dock to join up with the cycle path and turning right we continue on the same up to Sanremo where the he arrival awaits us in front of the famous fortress of Sante Tecla.

We go down towards the town of Dolceacqua and at the first crossroads we meet, we turn right to take the provincial road which leads to the town of Rocchetta Nervina.

After a few kilometers we meet a crossroads with indications for Gouta.

The road from here continues to descend with wide hairpin bends and a rather uneven surface, until it reaches the houses of Melosa where we find a restaurant and a shelter.

We now go down the road which now becomes paved up to the Langan crossroads which acts as a watershed between the Argentina valley and the Nervia valley.

From here we continue towards Pigna, Isolabona and Dolceacqua; once in the town of Dolceacqua, we turn left onto the bridge that leads to the historic center under the remains of the Doria Castle.

After the bridge, turn right and after skirting the football field, take the cycle/pedestrian path on the right which, with some ups and downs, will take us to the village of Camporosso, we therefore continue on the cycle path to the sea, after having crossed the Aurelia and having passed under the railway.

At this point we turn right and continue on the cycle path by the sea until it ends and we just have to continue on the normal road up to the public gardens near the mouth of the Roya river, our arrival point.

Si parte dalla vecchia stazione di Riva Ligure - Santo stefano al Mare e sulla pista ciclopedonale si arriva a San Lorenzo al Mare; qui la pista finisce e in attesa dell'apertura del nuovo tratto fino ad Imperia.

Usciamo sulla via Aurelia e in fondo alla discesa del Prino, al semaforo, giriamo a sinistra e costeggiando il torrente Prino fino ad arrivare ad un incrocio dove, proseguendo dritti su uno sterrato, arriviamo presto su un camminamento sulla sinistra che ci riporta sulla strada per Dolcedo.

Continuiamo verso nord e dopo qualche chilometro arriviamo al paese di Dolcedo, passando a fianco della chiesa e proseguiamo verso Prelà.

Scendiamo sul ponte e risaliamo al bivio che a sinistra ci porta verso Villatalla.

Saliamo fino a trovare un bivio che prenderemo a sinistra e seguendo sempre la via principale arriviamo alla frazione di Tavole; da qui, percorrendo circa 800 m, troveremo una stradina che si inerpica sulla sinistra e, 200 m dopo, giriamo sulla destra per prendere uno sterrato che con rampe brevi e ripide e parecchi tornanti, ci porta alla Cappella della Pistuna.

Di qui comincia una discesa abbastanza ripida che ci porterà verso Arzene e, arrivati in fondo alla discesa sterrata, incontriamo un bivio che a destra sull'asfalto ci porterà sulla strada che collega Montalto Ligure a Carpasio.

Al bivio scendiamo a sinistra e raggiunta la strada provinciale per Triora, continuiamo a scendere attraversando il paese di Badalucco e raggiungendo Taggia.

Al semaforo giriamo a sinistra sul ponte del fiume Argentina e subito dopo il ponte a destra per prendere la pista ciclabile che costeggia il fiume.

Dopo essere passati sotto il ponte della ferrovia, arriviamo ad ponte che riattraversa l’Argentina e passato il ponte sulla sinistra, riprende la pista ciclabile.

Appena passati sotto il ponte della vecchia ferrovia, ora sede della pista ciclopedonale, giriamo a destra e saliamo dall’area camper presso la Darsena di Arma di Taggia per raccordarci con la pista ciclabile.

You'll leave the path going right into the woods by the single track path in a smooth downhill, until you'll reach the "fairies' garden".

Then you'll go downhill again across the trees of the mediterranean scrub to arrive then at a small driveway which, to the right, will allow you to go back to Lingueglietta.

From the small square of the parish church (95 m altitude) cross the characteristic village continuing on the small road for about 500 m towards the church of Madonna Addolorata and the cultivated fields.

You then start to climb along the maximum slope until you reach the crest (altitude 302.5 m).

Now you keep the very panoramic ridge going south, on a small driveway, up to the chapel of the Madonna dell'Annunziata (altitude 217 m), then continuing along the Sentiero Liguria up to the slopes (altitude 270 m) of the emerging crest of S . Cross.

Continuing south for another few hundred metres, you reach a beautiful panoramic point towards the Ligurian and French coasts.

You then return along another path to the Annunziata and finally descend on a dirt road back to the town.

From the central square (87 m altitude) take the alley to the NW, takg ain cart track which we follow for about 500 m, then continuing on the small path which, after the valley, joins the "strada dei Pini".

We climb along the maximum slope and shortly after (250 m altitude) we take a small road to the right which goes up the slope among the cultivated fields, then we continue until we reach the very panoramic ridge at an altitude of 420 m.

We now turn in a southerly direction and, still on country roads, skirt a wide loop around Monte Cima to rejoin the route followed initially at an altitude of 250 m and then return to the town centre.

The route is described starting from Riva Ligure, but it is equally practicable in the other direction.

From the cycle path (10 m altitude) head to the beginning of the carriage road for Pompeiana (SP n. 60), which you leave immediately to go up a small road between houses and cultivated fields, reaching after about 1.5 km the panoramic loc. Monte S. Giuseppe (altitude 196 m).

Just below we find the beautiful Torre Barbaresca and then the town of Pompeiana (145 m).

We leave the center in the direction of the hamlet of Conio and on an ancient mule track (currently undergoing recovery; alternatively use the municipal driveway) we cross the Rio Santa Caterina (110 m altitude) and quickly go up again towards the built-up area of ​​Terzorio at an altitude of 200 m.

Crossing its historic center going down, we continue south on an ancient mule track, bordering Monte S. Stefano on the north side and then descending on farm lanes, again between houses and cultivated fields and with the sea in front, up to loc. Donego (30 m altitude) from where you rejoin the cycle path in the municipality of S. Stefano al Mare.

The path begins a few meters further west of the twin of the "Fascisti".

Never too steep or too rocky, with non-demanding curves useful for practicing the handling of the bicycle.

The last stretch of about 1.5 km, from Lago Degno to the exit on the bend of the provincial road, is shared with the "Fascisti" path.

The trail alternates rocky sections with winding stretches in the woods.

It features an exposed final section on the rio below, where you need to pay close attention.

The last part of the route was more "worked" and features curves with banks, natural jumps and very fast, definitely fun sections.
